Hawkeshead Pinot Gris

There are bright aromatics, with lifted tropical notes, lasting to the fig and spice finish. This wine is medium bodied and gently filling. The palate is creamy and delicately enticing.
The grapes are hand picked at a warm and sunny site, whole bunch pressed and settled for 48 hours then cool fermented in stainless steel to preserve natural vibrancy.
The colour is a pale white gold.
