The Talisman Story
Peter and Debbie jealously guard the secret of Talisman, their pinnacle wine. The grape varietals which contribute to Talisman remain a secret and have never been disclosed outside Crossroads Winery. Each member of the team is sworn to keep the varietals that make up Talisman confidential.

CROSSROADS – Hawke’s Bay Gewurztraminer
This wine displays the soft pungency that is the signature of all Crossroads Gewurztraminer. It has the classic flavours of lychees, ginger and lemon balanced with delicious ripe fruit sweetness and hints of rose petals. This is a variety suited to South East Asian dishes.
CROSSROADS – Hawke’s Bay Talisman
Luscious, complex and bold, this wine displays a stunning array of fruit and savory characters. The primary aromas of blackcurrants and berries are matched by perfectly balanced savory elements of spice and mushrooms.
