TRINITY HILL – Gimblett Gravels Viognier
This Hawke’s Bay wine is a bouquet of honey, apricot, orange blossom and jasmine. The palate is rich and soft with flavours of apricot and pear finishing with the viscous texture that is the hallmark of great viognier. This wine goes well with crayfish, scallops, blue cheese and pork.
